about

COVID-19 has wreaked havoc on musicians and their livelihoods, myself included. With the loss of almost all live music also has come a severe struggle to maintain motivation, so these tracks have taken me the last 6 months to finish and are the only new music I have been able to finish since all of the COVID shutdowns began.

That said, I am proud of how these re-imaginings of a vamp from my tune Some Might Say turned out. What began first as background music behind band introductions at some of my live shows has rocketed in new directions, much in part to the creativity of my bandmates and co-conspirators. This is also the first project I have produced, mixed, and mastered myself. The process has been long and grueling at times but I feel that the end result is genuine.

Here is some chaotic music for these chaotic times, hope you dig it.

Stay safe and stay healthy, see you all soon!
Jon
